Reporting Misuse of a Trademark
If a shot containing your trademark is posted to Dribbble without your permission, you'll need to complete the Copyright & Trademark Violation form on our contact page. This formal trademark takedown request will help us remove the work promptly.
Please note that we forward trademark notices to the user who posted the disputed content. This might include your contact information, the name of your organization, and the contents of your notice. To protect your privacy, you may want to provide business, rather than personal, contact information.
Reporting Stolen Work
If you believe that a shot on Dribbble infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a Copyright & Trademark Violation notice directly to us.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we are required by law to respond to it by disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. Your Infringement Notice may be forwarded to the party that made the content available or to third parties such as Lumen Database.
If you choose to request the removal of content by submitting an infringement notification, please remember that you are initiating a legal process. Do not make false claims. Please be advised that under 17 U.S.C. § (f), you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you knowingly misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. Thus, if you are not sure content located on or linked-to by Dribbble infringes your copyright, you should consider first contacting an attorney. We are unable to provide advice on this matter.
