For Pro Subscriptions
Our system automatically reverses and refunds subscriptions canceled within:
- the first seven days for a yearly subscription
- the first three days for a monthly subscription
If your subscription is within the refund window, and you'd like to cancel your Pro services immediately, please head to your account and cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be automatically refunded. Please allow 5-10 days for that to appear on your initial method of payment.
Outside of the stated refund window, we do not offer refunds.
For Hiring Subscriptions
At this time, we do not offer refunds for our Job or Search subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date; however, once the charge is processed, we're unable to offer refunds.
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the subscription period but will not renew at the end of the period.
Can I have a partial refund for my subscription?
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for any of our subscription services.
