At this time, we do not offer refunds for our Job Listing and Designer Search subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date; however, once the charge is processed, we're unable to offer refunds.
Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the subscription period but will not renew at the end of the period.
For Pro Subscriptions
For Pro subscriptions, our support team can process refunds within three days of an initial or renewal charge. If you'd like to request a refund, please contact us.
Can I have a partial refund for my subscription?
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for any subscription services.
