For Hiring Subscriptions
At this time, we do not offer refunds for our Job Listing and Designer Search subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date; however, once the charge is processed, we're unable to offer refunds.
Once canceled, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of the subscription period but will not renew at the end of the period.
For Pro Subscriptions
For Pro and Pro Business subscriptions, our system will automatically reverse and refund subscriptions canceled within:
- the first seven days for a yearly subscription
- the first three days for a monthly subscription
If your subscription is within the refund window, and you'd like to cancel your Pro services immediately, please head to your account and cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be automatically refunded. Please allow 5-10 days for that to appear on your initial method of payment.
Outside of the stated refund window, we do not offer refunds.
Can I have a partial refund for my subscription?
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for any of our subscription services.
