Between Monthly and Annual Billing
To switch between monthly and annual payments, you'll need to cancel your existing Pro subscription first. You can cancel your subscription in Account Settings > Billing. Then, once your current subscription period has ended, you'll be able to sign up for a new Pro account with the renewal period you prefer.
Between Pro and Pro Business
To switch between Pro Business and Pro subscriptions, you'll need to cancel your existing subscription first. You can cancel your subscription in Account Settings > Billing. Then, once your current subscription has ended, you'll be able to sign up for the subscription you prefer.
