I've updated the credit card for my Pro Business subscription and confirmed the card is working, but it's still not processing. What's going on?
You may be updating the card on the wrong account! To update the billing details for your Pro Business subscription, you'll need to have a Team Owner use Dribbble as the Team and navigate to Account Settings > Billing to update the card directly on the Team account.
