Refund Request:

We would like to inform you that for Dribbble Courses, a full refund can be obtained if a refund request is made and the withdrawal is initiated up to two weeks prior to the course's start date. Click here to submit a refund request. 

Transfer/Start-date Deferral: 

If you wish to change your start date for a Dribbble Course, you may request a 30-day deferral by sending an email to education@dribbble.com. However, please ensure that you make this request at least two weeks before the scheduled start date of the course in which you are currently enrolled.

Please keep in mind that transfer requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The transfer will be deferred to the next available start date if approved. It is important to note that enrolment transfer requests cannot be considered after 30 days from the original course start date (ie. the date you originally registered for), nor can enrolment be transferred to a different course from the one you are currently registered in.

We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible should you need to request a deferral, to ensure that we can consider your request in a timely manner.
